Nomadic Influence is a creator marketplace that connects vetted RV, outdoor, and travel content creators with campgrounds, brands, and outdoor hospitality partners. Creators find paid and hosted opportunities, and businesses find creators who already reach their audience.
Is Nomadic Influence free to use?
Browsing and signing up is free for both creators and businesses. Businesses can post a Map Pin or Opportunity listing starting at $500/year or $50/month, have our team set one up for them with Concierge Setup (that price plus a one-time $99 fee), or choose a fully managed Done-For-You campaign.
What platform do you use for media kits and bookings?
Creator media kits, applications, and campaign reporting run through Pillar. When you're approved, you'll get access to set up your Pillar profile.

Getting booked
Who can apply to be a creator on Nomadic Influence?
We vet RV, outdoor, and travel content creators of all sizes. There's no strict follower minimum. We look at engagement, content quality, and whether your audience matches what our campground, brand, and hospitality partners are looking for.
How do I get paid for a collaboration?
Every opportunity listing spells out compensation up front, whether that's a paid rate, a hosted stay, or comped product, so you know exactly what's offered before you apply.
Do I need a media kit to apply?
Yes. Once you're accepted, we help you build a Pillar media kit showing your niche, audience, and past work, so businesses can evaluate you before booking.
Do I need a certain follower count to join?
No strict minimum. We care more about engagement and fit with the outdoor hospitality space than raw follower count.

What kinds of businesses use Nomadic Influence?

How much does it cost to list on Nomadic Influence?
A Map Pin or Opportunity listing is $500/year or $50/month each, set up yourself in your dashboard. Prefer not to set it up yourself? Concierge Setup adds a one-time $99 fee and our team builds it for you within 2–3 business days, no login required to get started. Browsing the creator roster and signing up is always free.
How are creators vetted?
We review each creator's content, audience, and engagement before approving them to the roster, so businesses are only matched with creators who represent the outdoor hospitality space well.
What's the difference between Self-Serve, Concierge Setup, and Done-For-You?
Self-Serve means you set up your own Map Pin or Opportunity listing in your dashboard. Concierge Setup is the same listing, but our team builds it for you for a one-time $99 fee, ready in 2–3 business days. Done-For-You is a separate, larger service: our team sources the creators, manages the whole campaign, and hands you the finished report.
What is the $99 Concierge Setup fee for?
It covers our team building your Map Pin or Opportunity listing on your behalf, so you don't have to create an account or set anything up yourself. Pay once via a secure checkout link, tell us about your business, and your listing goes live within 2–3 business days.

What's included in a Done-For-You package?
Every package includes a vetted creator team, full campaign management from casting through content delivery, and a complete Pillar report at the end. Packages start at $2,500 and scale based on the number of creators and deliverables. See the pricing calculator for a live estimate.
How long does a campaign take?
Timelines vary by package and scope, and are confirmed on your onboarding call. A Single Collab typically moves faster than a Full Managed Campaign with multiple creators and deliverables.
Can I choose which creators I work with?
Yes. Vetted creators apply to your campaign, our team screens for fit, and you approve the final team before anything is confirmed.
