- Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any details you share when you apply as a creator, register for a Coffee Chat, request a Done-For-You campaign, or otherwise fill out a form on the Site or in the app.
- Information from your use of the app, including your media kit details, application history, listing activity, and campaign performance data, managed through our third-party platform, Pillar.
- Automatically collected information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through standard web analytics and cookies.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve the Site and app
- Match creators with relevant opportunities, and businesses with relevant creators
- Process applications, listings, bookings, and payments
- Send you updates, confirmations, and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Maintain the security and integrity of our Services
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Between creators and businesses as needed to facilitate a collaboration you've applied to or listed (for example, a creator's media kit is shared with a business reviewing applicants).
- With service providers who help us operate the Services, including Pillar (media kits and bookings), HubSpot (forms and email communications), our payment processors, and our hosting and analytics providers.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nomadic Influence, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site running properly, understand how visitors use it, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on trusted third-party platforms, including Pillar for media kits and campaign reporting, HubSpot for form submissions and email, Google (Calendar and Meet) for scheduling and hosting Coffee Chats, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7 below.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
